Kurt Divich, President
Mr. Divich serves as President and oversees the Corporate Image and Retail Outreach efforts for Integrity Investor Relations. One of the true pioneers of Internet-based financial communications, Mr. Divich is a veteran writer, copywriter, and public relations specialist
who has been representing public companies on the web and in traditional media since the 1990s. An accomplished writer, Divich is twice published, first as a novelist in the political thriller “Lords of Las Vegas,” Stephens Press, and a non-fiction work, “The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, A Dream in the Desert,” Stephens Press. Kurt Divich has served as Vice President of Communications for a multi-million dollar producing financial software company, was a Senior Partner at Market Pathways Investor Relations servicing clients including Smith & Wesson, and is a much sought after public relations and branding consultant assisting athletes, entertainers, politicians and companies in all media channels including new and social media. Divich holds a Bachelors of Science in Communications with Emphasis in Journalism from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (’95).
Dan Foley, Senior Research Analyst
Mr. Foley oversees Research and Analysis for Integrity Investor Relations. Prior to joining IIR, Mr. Foley worked as a member of the investment committee at a institutional money management firm in La Jolla, California with over $1.5 billion under management. Previously, Mr. Foley worked at MGM Resorts International and Harrah’s
Entertainment (now Caesars Entertainment) as head of Investor Relations and part of the Corporate Finance Departments reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of each Company. In this capacity, Mr. Foley oversaw both MGM and Caesars internal and public financial reporting functions as well as other duties related to the day to day corporate finance needs of the company, including, merger and acquisition analysis, business development, new market analysis, accounting oversight and select treasury functions. Prior to MGM and Caesars, Mr. Foley worked as a Senior Associate in the Gaming & Lodging Equity Research Group at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc . in New York where he principally covered gaming/lodging and leisure related companies. Mr. Foley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah and a MBA from the University of Southern California.
Brian P. Kelly, Director of Marketing and Institutional Outreach Campaigns
Mr. Kelly has a long and successful track record working with publicly traded companies of all sizes and across a wide range of industries, including technology, industrial, financial, medical, and business
services. He is responsible for marketing and business development projects for Integrity and personally executes Institutional Outreach campaigns for client companies.
Formerly, Mr. Kelly served as Managing Director of HCP, Inc. where he was hired as a consultant in several roles to serve clients in their efforts to raise Private Equity or PIPE financings in the following sectors: Energy, Med-Tech, Biotech, Industrial and technology. Mr. Kelly previously served as Chief Executive Officer of LFS, Inc. From 1998 to December 2006, Mr. Kelly worked at three of the top Investment banking & security firms in the world including UBS, Wachovia and CIBC World Markets. Throughout his tenure at these firms he not only was recognized as a superior asset to the firm but was also responsible for bringing in over $400 million in Investment Banking transactions for these firms collectively. From 1994 to 1998, he served as Managing Director of FMS, Financial Management Strategies, a company that focused on mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, assisting in corporate strategic alliances, and successfully closing acquisitions and ownership transitions for Private and Micro Cap companies.
Peter Chastagner, Client Relations and Junior Copywriter
Mr. Chastagner comes to Integrity Investor Relations with a background in content creation for internet marketing as well as Investor Relations copy for leading public companies. As a freelance writer, Chastagner has worked
with a wide array of businesses, extremely diverse in their shape and size. Due to this variety, Chastagner has developed his skills across a number of important content marketing verticals. He has a natural writing style and is able to seamlessly mold copy to match his clients’ voice.
